Consecrated Spring

The spring is proof of the Mother’s love for her children.

Nuragic wells were similar to the Nuraghi's architectural structure, but instead built entirely underground. They were oriented in such a way to enable the moon to be reflected during predefined periods. The most common type was circular, and accessed by steps going down into the water. These wells were probably dedicated to the cult of healthy waters, which also shows us how much the Nuragic tribes revered their water sources and understood the need to keep them pure.
