Pirates of Ba

To the power of the Yangtze do many tributaries flow, slicing the land apart. Where such places exist, so too will the virtuous and the insalubrious gather – some to find fertile living, and others to profit from such labours.
In Ba, where the rivers flow to the Yangtze, pirates roam along and around the waters, profiting from the unsuspecting and the unguarded. It is uncivilised, but these are increasingly uncivilised times.
