Chu Infantry

These swordsmen take the fight to the enemy in the name of their prince!

Armed with single-bladed dao swords designed for slashing and chopping, infantry have the vital task of locking down and clearing away less mobile enemies such as spearmen, allowing other forces to press the attack.

The Prince of Chu, Sima Wei, is known for his aggressive and tempestuous temperament; his forces, therefore, are blooded by battle and ready to march wherever he commands.

Unit Abilities

  • Miasma
    The dense and tough undergrowth that plagues the jungles of the South is a hindrance to all those who try to penetrate into the heartlands of the Nanman.
  • Circle
    The unit forms into a tight circle, presenting a defensive front from any angle.
  • Loose
    The unit spreads apart, making it more difficult for arrows to hit them.

  • HIDE IN FOREST
    Can hide in forests.

  • Role: assault
    This unit excels at charging enemy frontlines, slaying all in their path.

    Heavy armour protects this unit from most damage, but armour-piercing weapons will still pose a threat to them.
  • Weak against missile attacks
    This unit is unshielded and therefore has little defence against missile attacks.
